- The program provides you with a prepaid shipping bin to be used for tools in need of repairs.
- Place tools into the bin, seal it up, and they will make their way to the nearest Makita Factory Service Center.
The First-In-Service program ensures your tools will receive priority handling and fast turnaround times; from the point of receipt, repaired tools will be repaired within 72 hours.
