7 Axis Flexibility To Reach Around Doors and More

OB7's collaborative robot arm has 7 moving joints to reach around objects and obstacles in the work area – which is not possible for robots with 6 joints. Each of the 7 joints can rotate 360 degrees in both directions. OB7 has the flexibility and versatility to work in existing production environments with no need to reorganize or retool.

Safe to Use Alongside Your Human Staff

OB7 safely senses collisions at every joint, and stops. Safely stop OB7 with your hand. To restart when an operation is paused, tap OB7 on one of its joints. When running at safe collaborative speeds, there is no guarding is required. To operate at high speeds, an optional Laser Safety Scanner is available. OB7 is ISO 10218-1 safety compliant.

OB7 robot arms have 7 moving joints, like a human arm, which provides more maneuverability and flexibility than other 6 axis or 5 axis robots.
