About
VacMotion is a manufacturer of vacuum automation related equipment. Our main products include: suction cups, vacuum cups, vacuum filters, venturi vacuum generators and in-line strainers. Vacuum automation is all we do. Established in 2006, we have become the best source for vacuum suction cups in North America. Vacuum cups fittings
A large selection of threaded connectors for suction cups. Male and female threaded version in NPT, G (BSPP) and metric.
foam grippers
Flexible solution for handling products with different shapes, dimensions and size. Supplied with check valve/flow resistance technology & built-in vacuum generators.
sprue grippers
Graduated in four different sizes depending on purpose, space requirement and needed grip strength, they can be mounted on all common gripper systems.
Level Compensators
Spring level compensators offer a soft touch and ensure all cups make contact with the parts being handled. Very important when handling large objects with multiple vacuum cups.
ball joints
When mounted on suction cups, Ball joints allow 360′ rotation and 15′ of tilt. Articulated joints allow 360′ rotation and 35′ tilt and can then be locked in position.
Cup extensions
Vacuum cup extensions provide height adjustment between a machine and suction cups. Best when used with bellows suction cups.
vacuum check valves
Valves for applications where some of the suction cups may not be in contact with the workpiece for the deactivation of unused suction cups so the system vacuum level can be maintained.

Compressed air driven multi stage and single stage vacuum generators with capacities up to 440 scfm and vacuum levels to 29″Hg.

Vacuum mufflers & silencers
Porous plastic mufflers to reduce air blast noise created at exhaust ports of pneumatic valves and other equipment. Now available in a non-clogging “free-flow” style.
Vacuum sensors & switches
Vacuum switches and sensors are used when a signal is needed when a certain vacuum level is reached, for safety, for starting a cycle, for part presence detection, etc.
vacuum regulators
Vacuum regulators to adjust the preset vacuum level, keeping it constant (secondary vacuum), regardless of the capacity of the network vacuum level (primary vacuum).
vacuum valves
Designed for applications that require a quick exchange between the vacuum source and the circuit, for a quick restoration of atmospheric pressure.
solenoid valve coils
A full selection of coils for all solenoid vacuum valves we offer. Voltage ranges from 12 VDC and 24 VDC and 110 VAC and 24 VAC. Other voltages available on request.
field-wireable solenoid connectors
Vacuum valve coil connectors are used where rapid installation and service are a must. Available in standard, LED and LED with filter.
Vacuum filters
Quality plastic and metal housing vacuum filters with connection sizes from 1/8″ to 1-1/2″ NPT and G1/4″ to G4″ threads.
replacement filter elements
Top grade replacement filter elements for various in-line filters. Materials include Polyethylene (PE) and Pleated Paper.
replacement filter bowls
Replacement clear shatterproof bowls for VacMotion vacuum filters and inline strainers.
replacement filter gaskets
Our quality filter gaskets gives proper seal between clear bowl and filter top. We stock various material types including Buna, Viton and EPDM.
in-line strainers
Applications are wide ranging and include: agricultural sprayers, pressure washers, floor scrubbers, drinking water pre-filters, medical devices and more.
suction line strainers
Suction line strainers are used to provide dependable protection for pumps and equipment. We offer a wide variety so there is a model for most applications.
strainer replcement parts
Replacement bowls, gaskets and screens. Screens are available in the following mesh sizes: 20, 50, 80, 100 and 250 mesh (also 10 and 15 micron).
